Who I Am Today

I am Ash – Non resident – Settlor, once attached to the legal fiction and deceased entity Named Ashley Wilson, and this space is the result of a lifelong search for truth, freedom, and conscious living. My journey has taken me from questioning the identity imposed on me when I was born, to living as a non-resident settlor — a life grounded in inner sovereignty, clarity, and alignment with truth.

My Journey

My journey began in Christchurch, New Zealand, within the familiar frameworks of societal expectation and corporate systems — a construct I came to recognize as a “fake.” From an early age, I sensed that something was deeply out of place in the world, and that realization became the spark for a lifelong quest for understanding.

In pursuit of that truth, I immersed myself in knowledge often hidden or overlooked by the most: healing and energy work, human communication, global energy dynamics, quantum systems, and eventually the deeper structures of law -LAW – Law – Lore and finally thanks to a now close friend -Lor, of Settlor. I looked into the fascinating Black’s Law Dictionary, The Chicargo Manual of styles, Acts, Legislation and the absolute power of words, explored contract law, natural law, and common law, and uncovered the hidden patterns woven into legal and corporate systems that enslaved us all. Along the way, I examined history, conspiracies, and frameworks of power — not to dwell in fear, but to awaken a clearer understanding of both the world construct and the true self.

The Transformation

Through this journey, I shed the confines of a name and identity imposed by corporate society. The evolution from Ashley Wilson the legal fiction to Settlor, known simply as Ash, represents not just a letting go of the name but the embodiment of internal sovereignty, inner clarity, and self-liberation. Every step of this path has been about living truthfully, confronting uncomfortable realities, and choosing consciously, willingly and deliberately .

The Last 5 Years

When the scamdemic arrived, we were all on edge and it was time to hit the hard road. What was it going to take to be free from the tyranny and coercion that happening everywhere? 
To simply be left alone to live an honorable authentic and genuine life. So the decision was made – “we have to do something”. There were friends, at the time, who were already well on the road. Trying various things to get free or at least break the hold the system seemed to have over us all. I had already learned much from these souls over many years.  Yet, Now, it was time to really get on board. Either in or live on my knees. Well, that was not going to happen being me 🙂 

So, it was helping others on their path that started the full on hard road. When egos blew out of control, there was money to be made, savior mentalities to please… Not my way. I made the choice to do things my own way. I started learning from many sources.

There were many who preached that common law was the way forward. Then it was the sovereign movement, the Living Man way, Natural Law was the answer, and then there was, The Kingdom Of David lot that turned up, there was native lore and other various offerings from everywhere. We did affidavits, conditional letters of acceptance, POA Docs, Security Documents, Got rid of the “name”, notifies so many par-lia-ment members and even the primsinister. Own private ID on transport, did my own wof, dropped the License thing as Driving and Drive are terms of commerce and I dont drive for commerce 🙂 So many things over those years to finally arrive at a point where, it was clear we were still not free, in the way we thought we wanted. 

Then it happened. I met a man who changed my world. Oh yes we had learned all about contract law, trust law etc but had not ever heard of the term non resident settlor. A man known as Craig started sharing with me about this settlor position. Here I was thinking about being the beneficiary and had no idea about the Settlor Position. Craig was not one to hand you anything on a plate. His way was to get You, to see it for yourself. Answer your Own questions, find your own way. He simply shone the light where we needed to look. Thanks to his wisdom and heart for helping others, we became close friends over time and I will be forever grateful to Craig for his love, his time, his heart and energy for sharing this highest of paths. 

The position of Settlor is the top of the pile. The settlor sets the Lor, for ones self, under God. The system, admiralty legal system is based on the bible. This we know. Importantly it States in the bible to take no titles. It also states we were given Full Dominion on this Earth and Self Determination. That right there is Key to knowing who you really are. You are not – a name, a legal fiction, a birthing certificate piece of paper, or the signature (legally only the Dead, sign – The living have a mark or autograph. 

You are energy, you are light, you are essence from source, you are the radiant frequency of God. You were born in the image of God. Resident = image of a thing. The Settlor is at the top of the trust. Beneficiary, Trustee, Settlor. The Settlor position is Directly under God. 

But, being able to Live this position, takes far more than simply knowing it. It takes the deepest soul searching, hair raising, scary, letting go off all your deep shit, scary work. THIS Journey, is NOT for everyone. It will test every thought and belief, condition and program you never knew you were running, type of deep challenge. So do Not think this will be easy! It is time to expose every attachment, weakness, ego, greedy, fear based part of you. Man I love it 🙂

Why This Website Exists

This site is the culmination of 45 years of exploration — a place where I now share the insights, experiences, and ancient wisdoms uncovered along the way. The truths I have found are not mine alone; no, they are the same truths discovered by all others who walk the long road of questioning and deep seeking. My aim here is simple: to offer what I’ve learned in my own way, so that others might find clarity, freedom from illusions, and peace in their own life journey.
